Isabelle has been working on topics related to the economics of cultural and creative sectors, and the spillovers of cultural and creative activities in regional development for more than 10 years. She has collaborated and managed several research and consultancy projects for clients such as the European Commission, regional governments, sector federations and policy institutes, dealing with issues such as access to finance, capacity building, digitization, creative collaborations and innovation. Through her research and advise, Isabelle helps policy makers and intermediary organisations to build supportive environment  for cultural and creative actors. 

She is the project leader of Crowdfunding4Culture, the EU funded pilot initiative whose aim is to make crowdfunding more accessible to creative professionals and cultural organisations.
