
Quantitative Researcher
Jonathan Bone is a Quantitative Researcher in Nesta’s Policy and Research team. His research at Nesta has focussed on three key areas: 1) exploring how crowdfunding and other forms of alternative finance can be used as an innovative way of financing businesses and non-profit organisations. 2) understanding how digital entrepreneurship can be supported across Europe (as part of the Startup Europe Partnership (SEP) and the European Digital Forum (EDF)); Before joining Nesta Jonathan completed a PhD in Evolutionary Biology at University College London, where he used experimental economics methods to investigate human cooperation.
